A MESSAGE FROM YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dear Residents of Settlers Park/Settlers Grove:
This year there was a delay in resolving the budget causing a delay in sending out the usual coupon books that you have become accustomed to. Instead, a single invoice coupon was sent with a due date of January 1, 2024 with late charges occurring after February 1, 2024. However, because of this delay in finalizing the budget, the decision was made to extend the due date for all assessment fees to March 1, 2024. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
The new due date for the 2024 assessment fees to be paid in full prior to incurring a late fee is March 1, 2024.
