The association has had multiple improvement projects recently completed or approved. Updates include:
Replacement of 6 of the tennis court windscreens.
Electrical updates at the clubhouse and pool
Installation of new, bright LED underwater lights at the pool
Pool re-plastering is in progress (the previous plaster lasted 14 years, well over the 7-10 yr lifespan)
Security cameras to be updated soon
Facility access card system to be updated soon
Construction of brick walls along Settlers Park (and later Austin Pkwy) in partnership with the City of Sugar Land Capital Improvement Grant program. (See the separate update for project details and progress.)
