The Yard of the Month (YotM) award resumes in May. Each month, from May to August, one home is chosen based on general curb appeal. The winner receives a $100 home improvement store gift card and display of the YotM sign for that month.
Winners must be in good standing with the association with all dues paid and no outstanding violations (including trash receptacles in view).
Also, watch for details in the fall as the Holiday edition of YotM returns in December with three decorating categories to choose from - Best Use of Lights, Traditional Theme, and Whimsical - each receiving a gift card prize!
