Trash Receptacles Out of View Requirements

Please remember that our exterior maintenance guidelines require all trash receptacles (and any other miscellaneous debris) to be stored out of view between solid waste collection days. Violation of this policy by leaving cans/trash in the front or on the side of the home in view of the street is punishable by fine after the initial courtesy warning letter ($50 first violation, $100 each successive month or recurrence) based on the association's fining policy. Receptacles can be stored in the garage or behind a hedge, fence, or lattice – or anywhere out of site of the street. This small effort could go a long way in improving not only the curb appeal of your own home, but that of our entire neighborhood. A very small investment of time and effort each week makes a huge impact in our neighborhood and our home values. Join us in doing what we can to make our community the best it can be.
