Good Day Owners,
It’s that time of year again that we need to know which of you would like to run for a position on the Board.
If you are interested, please respond with your full name, address and a short bio to be used as part of the voting process.
Like last year, we will be using VoteHOANow, so that they can help manage the number of emails that will go back and forth and to collect all of the data.
We will hold the annual meeting on June 15th in place of the June Board meeting.
Please have your response to me by start of business on May 15th to be included in the running.

I am a 33 year resident of Troutdale and have owned property in VoteHOANow since 1978. My wife and I built our home at 59865 Suncreek Drive in 1982 and still reside there today. I worked for the Mount Hood Ski Resort for 28 years beginning in the Maintenance Department and ending my career with them as the Vice President of Operations. I was appointed to the Oregon Construction Board by Governor Bob Homes in 1976, serving from 1976-2001 when I ended my term as Chairman of the Board. Currently I run a small construction called Repair Magic Construction, doing home repair and small remodels. I also work for MIP Builder as a Construction Manager on some of their larger projects. I retired from the Troutdale Fire Department as a Volunteer Firefighter in 2003 after 16 years with the service.
