In accordance with new state legislation we have a new Architectural Control Committee which will consist of members not currently also serving as board members. The committee currently has 3 members from our community who will review all Home Improvement requests to balance home owner individuality with community aesthetics keeping community and property values in mind. More information including a list of committees, members and their responsibilities can be found under About Us/Committees. Also, note that with a committee review by volunteers not involved with the board, more time may be required for the review than has been required in the recent past. Any requests for review of committee decisions will be evaluated by the board of directors.
Remember, if you are planning any home improvements like replacing an old fence or roof, updating paint, adding solar panels, changing out doors or windows, or if you're responding to a DR violation notice and installing screening to remove trash receptacles from view, please remember that ALL exterior changes, repairs, updates or additions require a completed and approved ACC request. This form is always available on our website on the documents page. Note that the form must be completed and submitted by the owner not a contractor. Please also keep in mind that approved paint colors have changed meaning if you currently have colors like black, blue, or red on your home these are no longer approved for use in our community.
