For the month of July Ms. Judy Ober our Yard of the Month winner at 3046 Sam Houston. Ms. Ober has been a resident her for over 25 years. She was very appreciative of the honor and thanked SPHOA for the kind gesture of the gift card. What motivates her yard maintenance is the beauty it adds to her home having her lawn nicely manicured and the added touch of flowers and her frog collection.
