At the August 18th meeting of the board of directors, the previously published draft of the fining policy was presented for a vote. The policy previously made available for resident comment and question was unanimously approved by the board members. The policy and will be submitted for recording by our attorney and will become effective Nov. 1st. Violations will continue to be inspected as they always have, following the exterior maintenance guidelines available for review under Documents. If a violation letter is received in a situation with extenuating circumstances, please contact our community manager, Christi Keller at email@example.com to discuss options or request a review by the board.
