Our Annual Meeting format is being updated to comply with current social distancing recommendations. We will utilize an outdoor come and go format from 7-8pm in the green space behind the clubhouse. The meeting handout includes 2019 Minutes, current financial reports, and an annual report of community and board activity for the past year. Residents may vote in person or by proxy as usual and questions may be asked that evening in person or at any time by email. If we receive questions that may be of interest to the community, we will do our best to gather those and provide answers to those in a written update following the meeting.
Proxies may be returned using the black drop box located near the front door of the clubhouse.
