Good Day Residents,
As stated in yesterday’s email, this is the follow-up regarding registration for access to the First Colony pool. The Board has listened to your concerns. Claudia Shakespeare, President and Tim Potter, Secretary met with First Colony and successfully secured access for our residents this summer.
We want to emphasize that we are guests at their pool, and they have graciously extended this opportunity to us. The registration deadline for Settlers Park residents is close of business on July 1, 2025. Renters will need to first attend the HOA meeting or the open house as name matching is required when registering and entering the facilities.
